Hi,

Just to break with the current gloom (Adsense, Google Search, EU things), what's your plans for Summer? Vacations? Work?

Personally, I am trying to enjoy life more than I used to do. For the summer, I'll enjoy some moments outdoor, in the nature, and read! I realized it's been 20+ years I didn't read a book. Also, since I've been on and off for the last few years, I am considering redoing my site with a big cleaning, to be ready for the holidays season. New page layout and new features. Since 20 years I've adding things on top of each others as I was learning and experimenting new things. Time has come to redo things cleanly.

So, for the summer, I will try to get up with the sun, work in the morning, and read outside in the afternoon. Have good dinner with friends too.

Away from the Net, i'm planning to spend valuable time with friends and family.
I'm investigating my creative side and taking courses for beginners in various forms of art creation. For example, we have glass blowing booked up, along with spending some more time doing glass fusing.

Wow! Sounds great. I always loved glass blowing. I need to check if there is such thing here.

We don't normally do summer vacations, since that's when everyone else goes and everything is booked/crowded/expensive. But this year scheduling is creating an opening, so am planning (trying, anyway) to drag my wife out for some wilderness camping in July. We've done camping before (drive in, setup the tent), but never hiked in/out before.

Planning on a trial overnighter in June (got her to agree because there's a natural hot spring there, and trying to do 10 miles each way in one day would be way too much for her). Then a 2- or 3-day trip in July.

What is this “summer” of which you speak? In this corner of the state, it’s starting to look like one of those years where you never do get around to packing away the flannel sheets :(

I'm giving up smoking! Going to help someone out with working on their house in exchange for being a quit buddy. Really looking forward to it.

When you quit, replace it with something,. Maybe start to do 5 pushups when you get the craving. :-)
