It is said when passing you never regret the things you did. Odd as it may seem, this story makes me want to go climb Everest.

I hate headlines like this.

This presupposes that because a person has engaged in high risk activities and survived that some how they are immune to any future risk and/or unrelated risk (independent events).
Basically a person that climbs Everest is no less likely to die from falling down stairs than any person drawn at random.

So yes it sad that she died, but the cause of death should be irrelevant.
