Hints from Google site regarding SEO.

Analyze their site since they know their algo.

Since they know their own algo, it can be safety assumed that there is high probability of their own website being optimized for Google search. All answers can be found by analyzing their website.

I, for one, plan to copy all their pages and replace the term Google by my own keyword and a few other keywords by my own and I am all set. Waiting for my #1 ranking. :)

Set up your own search engine called Oogle.
The page will even be a few k smaller.

I am sure that Google are smart enough to figure out that someone is copying their content. I am not sure on this. But I think you can be penalized if you do copy their content.

It's only my opinion. It can be wrong :)

You just call you site gggggggggggggggggggggggggggoogle. Although you may use a few more bytes but you will sure rank #1 no matter how you optmize it because you are the only one in the SERPs when the word is searched! :)

Google - History

I wonder if Google start out with PR10 and did it always hold #1 position for the keyword (Google) on Google search. (On MSN search I expect it to fall to #27 soon.)

(By the way, this message is highly optimized for the keyword Google and at least this message should land me in #1 position, or close to it.)
