Couple years ago I did a post on my getting out of the internet world due to a severe allergic reaction pretty much destroyed my heart.

Heart is shot less than 15% output 2 lower chambers are twice the normal size. Get on meds, (Defibrillator) installed in chest all the poop that goes along with heart failure, stick the long probe up ya groin to see blockage (none) and more.

I was 62 due to all this crap I retired and actually I qualified for Hospice Care due to my low heart output. (Hospice Care is free to those that are gonna die in a year or less to be blunt USA thing) I wasn't ready just yet. :)

1- year latter do another heart output check (Ejection fraction) same less than 15% output.
At this level of oxygen to your muscles your a walking zombie. Any exercise with major muscle groups (legs) especially and your heart rate shoots up really fast, consecration is difficult hard to say focused so you have to take lots of breaks.

2 years latter same heart meds. I have another Ejection fraction test.

40%
I took one more (other than the heart meds by the doctor) medical oil produced, grown, and enjoyed by me :) Weed......

My sister was 10 years older than me and she as well had a heart issue. Her doctor told her mine was 2 times worse than hers. She passed away 2 weeks ago.

Did my homegrown addition have a dirrect effect on my heart?
NO FRIGGING DOUBT

I am still very sick in my heart doctor said that and I know, but I do
1-Sleep better (anyone knows this is good)
2-More energy from oxygen bit of my life is back (if this makes sense to anyone ever coding)

As Arnold said "I'm Back"

Just an intresting bit of information about my life you might see and hopefully explore when your faced with ______________.
