There are no websites that match "gm food".
Are they still using google?
They were Google results up until a few weeks ago now they are Inktomi. It was good for me because I liked to park on the BBC website while I was working. When they did what ever they have done I noticed right away that my search results were rubbish and I sent them an email with my comments. I got a non-automated reply which said that they were currently assessing the new service, and will take the information that I provided into consideration.
On what basis the BBC makes such idiotic decisions is a complete mystery to outsiders. They will never say why and that means no one can ever be held responsible. The sooner the tax payer stops funding them the better imo.
Now that Google has UK news I park there!
Well I can say that the switch from Google to Inktomi was as a result of a months long tendering process under EU Procurement Legislation, which is covered by more NDAs than I care to count...

Well that is a day and a half later but when I checked musicales post shortly after - it was true - no results. They are just unreliable.

I think you should be allowed to support them 100% and the others who never watch it shouldn't have to pay for it.

The BBC do a lot more than just make bad Saturday night TV :)
Once the BBC gets paid by subscribers it becomes like all the other channels - totally commercially driven. The BBC produces lots of valuable content ranging from radio shows to websites by virtue of the fact it is forced to cater for everyone because of it's funding.
A TV license is the bill I get that I mind paying the least. Cable or Satellite TV costs more than a license, for hours of drivel invented to secure advertising space. In all honesty I rarely watch the BBC, but I still think it should be supported.
