I enjoyed Jerry Lewis and Dick Gregory for different reasons. One tickled your funny bone instantaneously and the other one you had to think about. Now they're both gone.

Less humor is never good. :( I saw that Jerry Lewis was 91 and Dick Gregory was 84 - that's a lot of comedy shared!

I believe Jerry Lewis was intended by nature to be a dramatic actor. Some of his, as it were, adult work--Wiseguy comes to mind--was damn good.
