150/15 (cable) at home, 10/1 (DSL) at the office (cable and fibre too expensive there). Latency is not too bad on the DSL line, though, so it doesn't bother me too much. And there's a nearby 10/10 wifi guest network I can use to upload larger files.

300 to 700 mbps (download speed) fiber-optic cable business account at my studio. Across the street at my condo I have home cable 150 to 300 mbps (download speed.) This is all fiber-optic.
2 years ago I briefly hosted 3 low traffic (<10k daily page loads) websites on my business account with no issues so upload speed was at least adequate.
Don't think I could host on my home account though... even if I wasn't caught.

At the end of the 90's, when DSL appeared , I hosted my very first site myself, on my personal computer, with a 512 Kb/s upload :)
