I recently made a purchase from Walmart com and let me say I am not in the least impressed. I tried to cancel the order 3 times but because it was from a 3rd party no luck. WM said call them gave me the number I told the rep I have 3 times and it says email them. I did that 3 times as well. Let me just say I won't be going back, and this was my 1st purchase. I was going to do a chargeback but really don't want to go though the hoops.
Investing 3B in a non profit startup ecommerce not my idea of getting ahead.
