This is an interesting use for software, dubbed a chatbot, which, so far, has successfully defended against 160,000 parking fines.

I doubt it'll replace Lawyers, but where the simplicity of the process can be used by a chatbot to challenge overzealous parking fines, it'll work.

Good creativity and application by the developer.

There's an app that does something similar for several different types of tickets for moving violations in the U.S. (not sure if does parking tickets too). For that, you just take a picture of the ticket and the app OCRs the information.

"A record $1.9 billion in traffic fines was issued by the City of New York in 2015."
Wow!
