Ah..the dial up "handshake" sounds..
I have the full sequence set as the ring tone on one of my mobile phones..
The "smiles" when it rings separates those who were there, from those of "the facebook generation"..

I still have my 110 baud! (showing my age!)
I truly do miss the old BBS days B.I. (Before Internet), ANSI when it was NEW, 320x240 monochrome "green" CRTs, XT's, floppy disks.... Ah, those were the days!

That came up in my RSS feed - got a good laugh.
It reminds me of a birthday card with an old guy yelling at some kids saying "Yeah, well in my day if you wanted to change the channel, you had to get out of your chair, walk six feet, turn the dial and walk six feet back to your chair."
