You guys are very close. Can you be just a bit more specific? You're getting the general idea of it's use.

a kit for repair crushed or broken bones ie: jaw bone or cheek bones etc. Metal band is bent to match contours of what the broken bone should be then the pieces are pinned to the metal strip to hold the bones in place for healing
