After reading, Living With the Dead: Twenty Years on the Bus With Garcia and the Grateful Dead, I'm wondering if the band even knew they had a chef. In the early years they were more concerned with Owsley than food and seemed to prefer great big bloody hunks of steak over any other menu choice... ;)

The menu looks good though. Beats the coffee and toast I had for breakfast.
