The Web site for the New York Times was inaccessible Wednesday, starting in the late morning. It is unclear what has caused the disruption or when it would be fixed.
A New York Times spokesman said the company was aware of the problem, which is also impacting the company’s corporate site and its iPhone app. Company says it’s not a victim of cyberattack [washingtonpost.com]
“We believe the outage is the result of an internal issue and we’re working on resolving it,” said Eileen Murphy, a spokeswoman for the New York Times Company.
