Address Search Tool

People finder by street address

I recall that some of the "people finder" tools used to display neighbors, etc., given a street address. Now, when I need that capability, I'm seeing plenty of people searches that work on a name & location, or a phone number, but what I'm really looking for is a search based on a street address & city. (US addresses) I.e., I know the street address, but I need a name & phone number.

Any search tool like this out there? The data is certainly available, but I can't find a front end search routine. Thanks.

[reverseaddress.com...]
[infospace.com...] will give you the address of the neighbors too.
