You did during the Civil War era (I think). I'm not that sure about my US history. First New York Dragoons 19th Cavalry was one of them. I don't think any of them exist anymore.

Canada have the Saskatchewan Dragoons.

We (Canada) actually have quite a few dragoons regiments. In particular the Royal Canadian Dragoons. I think they are mostly, or completely, armoured regiments but I am not totally sure, can't quite remember.
