NCIS hands down. The only other current tv show I watch is Chopped. For older shows I am currently half way through rewatching the 8 years of Quincy ME on Netflix. I spend the rest of my waking hours listening to radio. Don't know what I do while asleep.

My favorite TV show is called "Profile Wars".
It's a reality show about forum webmasters identifying and terminating the accounts of "profile builders" in online forums.
It's really fun.
I enjoy it.

Anything history and science related with a little bit of meat, I could watch something like "How the Universe Works" 24/7 if they had new content. I might watch the first few episodes of some of the reality shows until they turn into a soap opera.
Anyone ever watch "Ancient Aliens", actually a great show if they could lose the Alien part.

I'm with you thecoalman. Same stuff over and over. It used to be 57 channels and nothing on. Now it's 350 channels and nothing on.

LOL, I watch that one, too.
There aren't many good new shows, imho. Most of the rest is just junk. As for the reality-type shows, again, mostly just junk. Produces have scraped the bottom of the barrel, and gone under it, too, in an attempt to find new concepts, and new 'personalities' to make the shows slightly interesting.
I'll stick with sport as reality.
Some of the old shows are being repeated, and it brings back memories. For example, do you remember Bonaza or Gunsmoke? The shows do seem old fashioned, but it's easy watching and good clean fun.

Ah Bonaza, or was it BonaNza, or even Bonnanza (!)I forget, used to love that theme tune and Hoss and family .. happy times.
Must watch the 'Rockford files' again some time, or my VHS of the first 'Moonlighting' with some bloke called Bruce Willis who had hair then.
