Bummer! Thunderbirds, UFO, and Space 1999 were some of my favorite shows as a kid.

I guess he completes the most recent triplet of celebrity passings- Jack Klugman and Charles Durning also passed away on Dec. 24.

Gerry Anderson was truly creative and way ahead of his time.

I had to go and look out one of the Thunderbirds DVDs I have here. I've seen it many times, and I still think it's great.
