1&1 Germany Down?

Anyone experiencing problems with 1&1?

My email with 1&1 has not been working for three or four hours. Websites appear to be OK. It's just mail so it could be a mail server problem.

Anyone else seeing this?

According to this article, several United Internet companies are having problems. Not only 1&1 but also GMX and Web.de. No details yet however.

I thought they said it was a failure of multiple redundant cooling systems?

I had one site go down, and was unable to login to 1&1 either. Even their status page was unreachable. Sites do appear to be coming back online now.

1&1 are becoming fairly unreliable lately.

No, that was Server4You, another hoster that had problems today.
