Many facts, esp. regarding health and nutrition, are suspect to say the least. I tend to avoid such studies.
But that's not to say I don't enjoy health and longevity. ;)

A fellow was told by his doctor: "It's time to get serious. No more cigarettes, no more booze, no more gambling and no more chasing women."
The fellow asked, "Will that make me live longer?"
The doctor replied, "We're not sure, but we can guarantee it will seem longer."
