Ok, I am the Admin, and there is 1 other user, I had a trial program installed on my machine and the time ran out a while back and I have since changed my email address on this machine. I have just paid to use this program for a month so along with the purchase came a new USER ID(email)/Password/and another ID#. I was told to un-install the program and reinstall and it should have 3 fields to fill in to get the program running. Nope! It remembers me from the last trial (the old email address) and only wants the password no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it.
I tried using it logged on as the other user and it works! It had the 3 fields ready for new ID/Password and ID#. Is this a registry thing? How can I change whatever it is in the admin so this program does not act like it knows me?
I just want to use this logged on as me the Admin, any tips?
