although probably no one would fall for this but anyway, i just got this spam,never recieved one like this .They are tellling me that they are currently performing regular maintenance of their security measures and that my account has been randomly selected for this maintenance, and placed on Limited Access status. blabla bla...
To restore my account to its regular status, I must confirm my email address by logging in my PayPal account using the form below:

---------------
***and then they requst that you give them cc info ,bankaccount number etc...etc....
everything of course made look that it comes from paypal..

i clicked on the log in link and it goes to soem address in russia..it was strange for me since i dont have paypal account.

I'm not sure that the title should be Paypal spam...more like Paypal SCAM

Here's the exact wording

<snip>

The form then requests your email address and password, bank account and credit card number. It looks VERY authentic and I'm sure that it will harvest thousands of credit cards / bank accounts from unsuspecting souls.

I hope you reported this to PayPal before posting here...

PayPal specifically warns you about scams like this... I think you get a warning in one of their welcome/sign-up emails, and periodic reminders.

Yep, phoned Paypal from the UK (damn the expense) before posting, they said that they knew about it.
