help my text on my computer is blury

my monitor shows litle words very badly pictures and animations are good but little text doesn't look right en very vague the moderator names i can hardly read. I've seen this effect also with my girlfriend's computer. it suddely cam when my mouse clicked a few times against my keyboard.
does anybody has a clue?

You sure you dont need glasses ;)

Maybe try a 3rd computer just to check. You could alter the text size by clicking 'View' then 'Text Size' in your browser.

Haven't heard that in ages. Took awhile to find it on my monitor menu.

'Out of Focus' might also be due to Convergence setting, though what a few mouse clicks against a keyboard has to do with any of this I'm quite baffled by.

If you are running XP, you might want to try Microsoft Cleartype. Do a search in google for it, the MS site should come up first.

All kidding aside, did you accidentally set the browser text font to a smaller size? In Internet Explorer it is found in the top menu bar: View>Text Size

Set the text size to a larger size and all should be displayed as previous.

Font sizes also change if you [acccidently] hold down the control button and scroll your mouse wheel.
