Big companies on a budget?

I'm curious if others that deal with large businesses are seeing a squeeze on budgets lately?

I have some services I provide at the executive level of large businesses (mega-billion dollar corps). I've never had anyone flinch at the cost, but this month I'm battling multiple instances of people trying to negotiate my price.
