I got a head start on this one because I happened to be checking something in google.in which is 12.5 hours ahead of me ;) In fact I only then realized that the individual googles use local time. (Didn't think to check when it rolls over in the US, where there are at least five time zones. But evidently Alaska and Hawaii don't count.) It seemed awfully unfair that India and Pakistan should have a cute graphic while we were stuck with something boring. But I guess they had the boring one for the previous 24 hours.
If you use Advanced Search as your default you miss a lot of pretty pictures unless someone tells you about them.
