This sounds like a new version of Dreamweaver. Yawn.

My fear is that companies will think that designers use this crap and will attempt to pay less for service.

Let them pay less for service, the kind of webmaster they get will make it easier for you to swim around them with your own properties. I don't think Google even cares what the code on your site is like so long as it renders well for their instant image software.

So does it deal with re-flowing layouts for different screen sizes? Alternate style sheets for different devices? Print CSS?
