I am pretty happy with all aspects of my current employment aside from the salary. I like who I am within the organization I work in. I like having the autonomy I do here. I have taught myself so much over the years I have been here because I have been given the ability to do so.
Lately I have had several opportunities present themselves stemming from coworkers who I had worked with over the years but am busy enough with work that I can't seem to find the time to adequately investigate each opening.
I am asking you, how do you find the time to investigate new opportunities while still keeping up with a fast paced work flow? What would be some ways with the highest yield of company culture insight for the time invested?
