it's a great day because:
- I pick up my new truck tomorrow. Exciting.
- I leave the car dealership and go directly to a fish camp for a weekend of bass fishing with my best friend. Fun.
- Made a great sale last night. Fun.
- weather's great and I'm self employed, so I'm heading out for a 2-3 hour bike ride this afternoon. Fun.
- lawyer just finalized an agreement for me that is going to allow me to launch my next link building campaign - nobody's doing this yet in my niche and I'm already getting enthusiastic responses to the service. I'm expecting many dozens of one way authority links over the next 3-6 months. Exciting, can't wait to launch.
- Just had a great conversation with a potential large advertiser. Been trying to get through for a year, finally got the right person. Exciting$ :).

Sure as sugar this beats working for a living!

It's a great day because I got to have lunch with my oldest daughter. <3

As of early Saturday morning I'm heading to a Wasaga Beach cabin for a solid week. SevenCubed unplugged -- no phone, no computers, no (technical) thinking, no hassles. Going to also bring along the bicycles, old fashioned hard cover books, beach umbrellas and just sit, vegetate, and read peacefully.

Have to be at the church 6 a.m. saturday morning to help cook breakfast for youth department Discipleship Now program. Saturday evening I'm racing at the local drag strip.

It's a great day because, on a monthly check, apart from the fact that a major competitor put a whole bunch of pages behind a paywall (thank you, I'll have those links), another 2 seem to have let their domains expire (thank you, I'll have those links), and yet another has had their WordPress blog hacked (thank you, I'll have... actually I've contacted them instead with a link to a page showing how to clear it up - wheel's my role model! :D )
