I'm probably late to this party, but I just noticed Google has a PR9 ranking according to my machine. They've been a PR10 for as long as I can remember. Anyone else notice this?

Maybe there's a duplicate content problem? They are indexing a number of their own properties through multiple appspot proxies for example.
