Absolutely not. But I relish the day that I could if I wanted to. The day that there might be an alternative method of traffic. Perhaps a day when a "search engine" does not have 90 percent visibility in every thing I do on the web, record and crunch it and keep it indefinitely. Collect hourly updates of my coordinates, and nearby wifi addresses via my phone. But you're right, the logo sure look nice.

You mean the animated stuff at the top? It is very pretty but what is it about? My guess is either something to do with martial arts or the emancipation of women. Either way it is obscure and in my opinion not much of a logo. Logos should be consistent and easily recognised at the first glance. Animations are often ignored because users don't like wasting time while someone's "masterpiece" unfolds. IMHO the KISS principle should be applied or they'll soon be showing a 30 minute movie every time anyone is daft enough to go to their entry page. Of course those of us who use the search box built-in to Firefox only ever find out about these works of art when we come across a thread like this one.

Whenever I don't immediately understand about the logo of the day, I just mouse over the logo and see what the search string is. If I still don't get it, I just click the link and see the results. And if I STILL don't get it, I'll go to one or more of the sites for a look.

Is that who it's supposed to be?! I default to G### Advanced, which doesn't show a logo, so I only see the custom stuff when I want to check google.someothercountry.
