From: FBI (with helpful appended e-mail address at fbi.gov)

They are apparently outsourcing, because the headers suggest either Canada or Korea.

Sir/Madam, we have logged your IP-address on more than 40 illegal Websites. Important: Please answer our questions! The list of questions are attached.

Attachment: 7.3K file which I had to sit on my hands to keep from downloading, because the curiosity is killing me. Wonder how many separate and distinct passwords they ask for? Or are they going to be boring and just plant a bug? (They are the FBI, after all.)

I am also wild with curiosity about how they identified me, since the e-mail was forwarded from a former account (e-mail only) with a wholly different IP from my present address-- which is floating.

Man, don't ever underestimate the FBI.

The attachment was probably a virus, that's how they hook people to do stupid things.
