it does look that way.....but on a bike with full suspension and lots of travel those big jumps and stairs are ZZzZZzzzzzZZZZz

Several things...
The narrowness of the sidewalks and the proximity of the guard rails and even the people. And this guy's moving too. He is moving. I might have tried that when I was younger but I'm quite sure I would have lost it. That's precision work.
You can hear him laughing at one point. He's an adrenaline junkie and he's making it look good.
