Just had a free massage

Work have been kind today and everyone who wanted one got a free 15 minute massage, I feel alot better for it now, went to the gym last night and they said "I was full of knots in my shoulders and back"

Anyone here have a regular massage and feel they get alot out of it? I might start having it done regular myself.

I work for a BT ISP (say which one and I will get hate mail :))

As part of valentines day they organised for the training room to be turned into a massage parlour, so we all got a pro ;) to give us a massage :) It felt good though, my back feels good for it.

I get an hour massage every week. I used to date a massage therapist, and she got me hooked. (now *that* was a perk)

Sitting long hours at the computer every day, I don't know how I would get along without it.

Yeah, I get a massage about every two weeks. I have two good friends who are massage therapists and I give my business to the two of them.
