The Crown Prosecutor should get 10 years for wasting tax payers money. I guess it was a slow week and there are no real criminals in the state of Michigan :)

I doubt if the Crown Prosecution Service ever study Michigan state law. There was a little contratemps between 1775 and 1783 that broke the link with His (now Her) Britanic Majesty.
