Gawker's Top 50 Passwords Leaked, And They Are Mostly Guessable [blogs.wsj.com]
Readers of Gizmodo, Lifehacker and other Gawker Media sites may be among the savviest on the Web, but the most common password for logging into those sites is embarrassingly easy to guess: “123456.” So is the runner-up: “password.”

Actually I am not surprised, I had the habit to of having different password security levels. Strong passwords for email and other important accounts, weak and easy to remember passwords for comment accounts on blogs or forums. Changed that some time ago however and I am using an algorithm to create secure passwords instead.
