Anyone else had this problem ? And do you correct it ?

I think you need to provide a little more information, however, if you have a bios error stating that no boot disk can be found, then that's nothing to do with a Windows update - it's a hardware fault, or possibly an incorrect bios setting.
Otherwise, you might get more luck in the webmaster or webmaster_hardware forums.
