There's been a few times I've either head thumped or had mine thumped. :)

Seriously, however, there is no body of extensive medical science or research that suggests any value. (Ex-medic, US Army way back when who still keeps up his reading about medicine)

Yeah, and it will never be about anything that does not make money. Medical industry needs us to endlessly use its products, not to heal.
