I've perused many links and from what I see it appears as though they've translated thousands of posts into Chinese.

Ya, there has been a battle going on between the us and chinese internet the last two years. I know a couple of fairly large sites that have banned all chinese users because of it. I've been doing everything but just that for over a year.
