I seam to be making a habbit of posting in foo lately but i just had to share this one with you.

Driving to work this mormning on the M8 motorway heading to Glasgow (scotland) sitting at about 65-70 on the outside lane and a car that was along side me pulled out into my lane taking me into the crash barrier. Hit the car, then the barrier then spin 180 to end up facing on-comming trafic.

Not a nice start to a monday morning

Car had surprizingly little damage and I only got minor bruising.

Car is still drivable although I will be using the train untill I get it repaired.

The other driver said they did not see me. I am assuming that she only checked her mirror and I must have been within her blind spot.

How scary, and Monday morning to boot! Sounds like it could have been much worse. You should get checked out after a hit like that. Glad you are ok.

I overslept and missed rush hour. Suddenly, I feel better about that. ;)

Glad you're OK... accidents are scary as anything, but they're doing a pretty good job of safety design on cars these days.

Glad to hear you're okay, Mack.

I was in a serious car crash about 10 years ago, on a highway. An 18 wheeler collided with us. Positively the scariest moment of my life.

Cars can always be repaired.
