Adobe Flash Player 10.0.45.2 is spyware Mal/Behav-066 virus, says my newly installed Sophos.

sorry, not adobe fault, a mailware in the svchost.exe causes this to show itself when installing the flash player. (not a single anti-virus vendor is aware of this virus)
If you have an extra 'svchost.exe' process running which is not actually attached to any services, then its likely to be a virus. Replacing this with a clean copy will resolve this. (use readonly flag as not to be over written again)
