How do I do this?

I have several sheets of data all based around the exact same format, that is date, time, number, number.

Now id like to merge the data so all the dates were in the correct order i.e all 19th together all 11th together all 12th together, then sort based upon time, earliest times for the day first. So 1 pm 1.10 pm 1.20 pm.

I know you can click the column button to sort individual columns but this is then not in sync with the rest to days/times data

Any one know how I can achieve this ?

Data->Sort will let you sort by any combination of fields while keeping the spreadsheet intact. Is that all you need?

Copy and paste, then sort.

There must be something more to this problem - caribuy is stating the obvious...

If you just want to merge the sheets, copy/paste is it. But if you need to perform this function every day as new data comes in, that's quite a bit trickier to automate.
