How can I know my product is better than the competitors?

How can I know that which are the customers to whom I can sell my product in a better way than my competitors?

If the customer is addicted to or loves your product or company brand, then you are out-competing your competitors for that customer.

A way to know if your customer loves your product is if they care enough to contact you to request a specific feature or flavor of that product.

A way to know if your customer loves your company brand is if they try a new product or suggest your product to a friend.

It will take some time and some marketing campaigns to calculate how many of your customers are devoted to your product/brand.
