Christmassy border for AdWords

only for Christmas phrases

I was trying some phrases to see the Twitter integration in Google and noticed that for Christmas phrases e.g. santa claus there is a decorative border instead of the usual line beside the ads.

Hanukkah is not big in Australia, so I can't test phrases to see if a different border is shown.

I see a different border for Hanukkah in the UK.

The borders seem to be based on the search term and fairly strict, eg I see it searching for 'christmas' but not for 'shop christmas' (no quotes).
