They sent me an email about their "no charge instant message" that contains my password - so that I can log in to pay my bill.
I would have missed it but they are already dunning me for my "overdue" payment. (I think I'm about a day late) - and of course, I've signed up for "paperless billing".
I must be living in a different dimension or missed something in the manual or something because I can't for the life of me figure out how to get this instant message!
Any suggestions?
