When I retire (2030) I was planning on dropping a 403 Olds high-torque V8 sitting in the basement into a 1950's vintage lawn tractor sitting in the back yard. Should do the job for pulling stumps but the Tomahawk Concept might beat me out in quarter mile.

Of course real men never had training wheels on their first bicycle nor would ever think of driving a 4 wheel motorcycle or a 'concept'. :)

They would just go and buy an off the shelf Y2K superbike, 0-227mph in 15 seconds. [marineturbine.com...] :o

The Yamaha R1 does 0-60 in 2.5 seconds also.

Aprilia's little 250cc RS250 doesn't do badly considering it's engine size - 3.4 seconds.

Crazy bike. I don't think it will ever make the production line but it would be interesting to see it blow by you on the freeway.

At the Detroit Auto Show they are also showing a 1,000 HP, $200,000 Cadillac. Maybe this will be Lawman's next purchase :)

However the storm that is coming in the car industry is the new SV series of cars, from Rover.
