The proportions between the Indonesian islands have changed a bit. And are Mongolia and Siberia that thin layer on top of China? And where is Greenland?

Greenland:
With the CIA estimating the population at 57600 people, would be but a little dot on that map.

It's not just Greenland that's gone. There's nothing north of the US either. I'm pretty sure there's a bit of a land mass there of some sort isn't there? :)

That's a pretty cool map.

India, China and Japan loom large as they have the largest populations.

Err... Japan?!

Japan has a population of roughly 128m.

The population of the Russian Federation is, at 142m, some 14 million higher than that of Japan.

The population of the USA (307m) is nearly two and a half times that of Japan.
