Oh well, looks like it has arrived, Snow in London.

Not too common of a site, and looking from the office window, seems like all hell breaks loose when a bit of unexpected weather starts.

also 1st day back at school for the children (and teachers).

Right now, we are having a bit of a break - Currently, it is a toasty 52f out and we are expectin 62f (15c) for a all time record high!

Its bloody freezing in Swindon, in the West Country, England. Started snowing today. and you think thats cold.

Try going out for a run in it, Monday -1.5C, with running bottoms, and a flimsy top, took 3 miles for me too stop wanting grab my ##### to keep them warn, my co-runner, just moaned the entire distance of the run. It was brasic.

Swindon is, I think you will find, located in the suburbs of London, not the West Country ;)

Where I live Taunton is half way to London, and there are some down here that do not think Taunton qualifies for the West Country.

Here in Caledon (Ontario, Canada) we have snow, it's cold and I couldn't be happier! I'm waxing the snowboard as we speak.

If I could ski in London, I wouldn't mind. But snow when you can't go skiing is just a waste. Soon I will be in the French Alps (how will I check recent posts?!?). ;)

Thereis none here, though I would concede that it has got colder since sunset - may even get a frost tomorrow morning.

They tell me Truro had 2" of snow today.
