Yes, I'm pretty sure CSI used this. They've also used pacemakers and some sort of subcutaneous payment card for ID. However, when a real-life murder is solved by zooming in on a dozen pixels of a reflection and clicking "enhance" I will be impressed!

LOL kaled, the interpolation software used by security on the defunct "Las Vegas" TV series was amazing.
