SpamBayes Question

just bought a new computer

Old computer was running older version of MS Outlook and used SpamBayes successfully for years. Now have Outlook 2007. Haven't looked in to whether spambayes works with this version, but so far the Outlook spam filter seems to work pretty good.

I guess my question is twofold: Is spambayes compatible, and if so is it necessary?

I have installed Spambayes on Outlook 2007 and it works great. Personally, having been used to Spambayes, I felt it was necessary to reinstall it when I upgraded to 2007. I didn't like the spam filter that was provided.
