It's number 7 in the list of rude names according to Wikipedia.
(Below Minge Lane, Twatt, Sandy Balls, Bell End and Muff) :):):)

There *is* a town in Europe that is normal in translation but in English is the F word. It's all over the 'net. :-)

Favorite local names: Drain, OR, Desperation, CO (I think it's CO . . . )

that doesn't come close to beating Big Bone Lick State Park in Kentucky which by some fantastic coincidence is located on Beaver Road.

Just don't take any customers in Dorset then. The place names in the valley of the river with the polite alternative of Trent would give you a heart attack.

What gets me is that nobody thought anything improper about an industrial town in north Lincolnshire until computerised profanity checkers found it.

I used to live in Colchester and Im fully aware of of the village you mention, I once saw a road name 'Titty Ho', now that nearly made me crash my car.

Near to where I live now is a place called 'Six Mile Bottom'

The closest we can come to any of these in my area is "Bong Road". The street signs used to get stolen all of the time, so they just gave up on replacing them a few years ago.

You must mean the River Piddle, I have a friend who lives near Piddletrenthide.
