Disney buys stake in Hulu

Walt Disney Co. will become a joint venture partner and equity owner of online video service Hulu through a subsidiary of its ABC Enterprises unit, the company said April 30.

After the deal closes, Disney's "most popular current and library primetime series and library feature films" will be added to Hulu, according to a release.
